Wimmera Steampunk Festival 2023

Following the success of the inaugural event in 2022, which attracted over 2500 attendees, the Wimmera Steampunk Festival came back bigger and better in 2023 with the Time Travelers’ Soiree theme. Dimboola was reimagined as the 19th-century outpost for time travellers. Around 4000 people from all over Australia and one person flew out from Singapore to experience the second event.

Wimmera Steampunk Festival 2022

 

Our small Wimmera town Dimboola was transformed for its first steampunk festival - a form of cos-play that melds the past with the future.
